Hello! How can we help you?

How do i adjust the brakes on my Veloped/Walker?

To ensure that you can use your Veloped/Walker safely, with time you need to adjust the brakes as they get worn. Adjusting the brakes requires an 8mm spanner.

Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Start by detaching the rear wheel.

Step 2. Where the brake cable enters the brake, screw the adjustment screw counter-clockwise (outwards) to tighten the brake, and screw the adjuster screw clockwise (inwards) to loosen the brake. This requires an 8mm open spanner.

Step 3.Attach the wheel and test the brake function to ensure that you can both engage the motion brake and also the parking brake.

  • FREEDOM…

I love my Trionic Rollator Walker. The solid wheels and wide base allow me to walk over rough basements and bumps as if they were smooth as glass. I also appreciate how stable the walker is, because that makes me feel safe. I don't have any problems …

  • A life saver!…

Firstly, the customer service has been faultless, from the advice when ordering my Trionic Veloped, to the immediate response when, after daily use for over 5 years, I needed to order a new seat and basket.

I have little to no balance, as well as …

  • Walks through farm land…

We live in the country where hard surfaces are rare. My husband is able to walk through grassy and tilled fields. This is very important to him. He is able to get outside exercise if the weather cooperates. We are happy with the Rollator 14er.…

Just a few words of praise for my Trionic Walker.

  • We are very satisfied…

My husband is the one who 'walks' with the Veloped and the Walker (bought second-hand). He has no problems with the Walker. As for the Veloped, he would like the handles to be a little further back in order to have more leg room. Is it possible to ma…

  • I’m thrilled with this!…

Transformed my life! Yes, I did get out before but was very unsteady and was always concerned that I might need to sit down and there was nowhere to sit (unfortunately I can’t sit on the ground!). Now I no longer have these concerns! My confidence ha…

  • Excellent…

This is the best walker I've had. Love that it doesn't "shimmy" when I walk. Also, the brakes hold so much better than the pressure style.…

I am currently mostly housebound due to recovering from broken ankle and ribs! Also the recent weather has not helped as it has been wet and at times icy!

I have made about six or seven short walks from the house to local to our local roadway, wea…

  • Trekking Again!…

Bought the Veloped Trek. I have Charcot Marie Tooth Disease and have had increasing difficulty walking even with two hiking poles. Last week I was able to hike in the Beartooth Mountains and Yellowstone National Park for the first time in many years.…
