Can I try a walker before I buy, and how do returns work?
Yes. You can order a Walker or Veloped, try it at home and return it within 14 days in its original packaging. Delivery is free. Who pays the return shipping depends on the country you ordered from – see our return policy. In the USA a 10% restocking fee applies.
You can also meet a Trionic ambassador, visit us in Uppsala by appointment, or in the Netherlands and Germany call one of the few dealers that keep selected models. All options are described in Where can I see or try a Trionic?
Start with the Walker 9er, 12er or 14er or the Veloped.
