Hello! How can we help you?

Can a rollator be taken to the cabin when I fly?

Due to the limited space in the cabin, rollators and walkers are carried as checked baggage free of charge. If you need help moving around at the airport, you can request a wheelchair in advance.

To ensure a pleasant flight, the airline usually kindly asks you to inform them in advance if you have any kind of disability, reduced mobility, visual or hearing impairment or mental health disorder that requires special attention at the airport or during your flight.

But in order to travel without issues, you must pre-book assistance no later than 48 hours before your departure through your airline. It’s a good idea to pre-book your assistance when you book your flight so that the airline can help you at the airport.

The rules might differ between airlines:

  • The Out Door Champion.…

I have tried locally available walkers and found them ok on flat, level and smooth surfaces any cracks or bumps they, like super market trollies in the car parks, go their own way.
I went to the internet and googled "All Terrain Walkers" and up came…

On the rare occasions I have had to contact this company they have been so helpful. Advising me how to remove parts etc. Their customer service really is 100 per cent.…

  • Finally, a walker that is not unstable…

Finally, a walker that is not unstable, that does not create problems on the ruined sidewalk of the city, and that moves safely even on forest paths. My wife changed her skepticism into amazement, then into joy and pleasure to move. The opinion of ou…

  • Great product…

Bought this after I had a bad fall and lost my confidence. With this Walker, I feel safe and secure from losing my balance. I am 5 ft tall, so the 12er size S is ideal for me. Best decision I ever made, was to purchase this. The seat is great if you …

  • Overall, I am satisfied.…

    I am 86-year-old and weigh 58 kg.
The device looks good (to be envious), is well thought out and easy to assemble. What struck me:
The heavy strain on the arm muscles
    - on uneven forest paths,
    - on inclines (effort needed to push uphill and to h…

  • Top quality…

I live in an area with lots of cobblestones big and small. There are also nice paths to walk on, but unfortunately some of them are very rough and with my normal rollator I constantly had arm and neck pain.

The TRIONIC Sport has solved my problem.…

  • Back On My Feet Again…

I have nerve damage in my left leg from a back issue and over two years had regressed to using a cane. My daily walks with my dog consisted of a painful quarter of a mile and I spent more and more of my time sitting. As someone who had been very ph…

  • OVER THE MOON…

I was cautious to buy due to the price. I tried others in the shop (UK) and was appalled by the wobbly feelings they induce in me.

I wanted something stable, easy to take on the UK (stagecoach) buses and would accommodate my arthritic Pomeranian.…
