Walker Rollator — Features & Functions

Air-Pressured Tyres*. Smoothen Your Ride.

Conventional rollators have rock-hard solid tyres that offer nothing in the way of comfort when you are walking on cobblestones, gravel and uneven ground. The use of a conventional rollator frequently causes severe pain in the hands, elbows and shoulders.

The Walker 12er and the Walker 14er are equipped with air-pressured tyres that offer you a softer ride and unbeatable comfort. As they do not cause vibration like solid tyres do, you are less prone to suffer pain and discomfort.

*The Walker 9er has "SuperSoft" PU tyres.

The Syncro steering belt running around the centre pulley on a Trionic Walker

Syncro Steering. No Shimmying Wheels.

Shimmying and skewed swivel wheels are frequently mentioned by rollator users as being a definite problem area. When walking on uneven ground with a 4-wheeled rollator, sooner or later one of the swivel wheels loses contact with the ground, starts shimmying and regains its contact with the ground in a skewed position. As a result the rollator often comes to an abrupt stop, and there is a considerable risk of the user tripping or even falling over.

The Trionic Walker is equipped with a synchronized steering feature that completely eliminates the problems with shimmying wheels (patent pending).

Bigger Wheels. Performance is Everything.

The performance of a rollator or walker relies heavily on the size of the wheels. The bigger the wheel, the easier it is to pass obstacles and uneven ground, and the comfort level also increases with the wheel size. A bigger wheel simply performs better than a small wheel, especially outdoors.

The Walkers have 9"/23 cm, 12"/31 cm and 14"/36 cm big front and rear wheels as standard.

Thanks to their bigger wheels the Walkers manage curbs, cobblestones, gravel and uneven ground with both greater ease and higher comfort, when compared to conventional rollators with 8"/20 cm small wheels.

Multiply Adjustable. Excellent Ergonomics.

In order to offer you the best ergonomics, the handles are increment-free adjustable in height, and they can also be turned outwards/inwards. In addition the grips are angle-adjustable, so that you can find your optimal hand position.

When compared with other rollators, the seat is positioned further to the front, which means that you enjoy greater space for your legs when walking. As you can then walk closer to the rollator, you automatically get a better and more upright posture.

Seat & Basket. Water-Repellent & Durable.

The seat and the basket are both made from durable and water-repellent 600D polyester fabric.

The seat is positioned further to the front when compared to other rollators, in order to offer you greater leg space when walking.

The basket has a zippered pocket for your valuables, and a 360° reflector band that guarantees good visibility when walking after dark.
