How to lower/raise the grip bar on the Veloped?

You might experience some issues when lowering or highering the grip bar, even if you pull both handles equally. Then it might be an issue inside the tube at the end of the grip bar. At the end of the grip bar, inside the tube, there is a small stabilizing bushing supporting the grip bar. If the bushing is loose, you might find it hard to adjust the height of the grip bar. Then you need to check if you need to tighten the bolt that holds the bushing.

How you tighten the bolt on the bushing at the end of the grip bar:

  • You need a 5 mm Allen key that is quite long to tighten the bolt

    Finding the bolt in the small frame hole can be quite tricky, but with some patience, it works. You can light it with a flashlight to see that the bolt is there (you must have the grip bar in the bottom position), otherwise, it is a different procedure, and then you need to contact us.
