Essential piece needed to keep items placed in the basket dry when needed.

Does cover the seat and top of the basket only, so do not put anything in the basket that is not water-proof or otherwise protected from rain.

Works Great

We live in Washington State and get a lot of rain, this product works great. It keeps everything dry.

The only thing we did not like, was the shipping charges in the US, $15.00 to ship it.
