Trionic has made a tremendous achievement in developing brand new Veloped models and new versions of the Walker 12er & 14er.

New Veloped Frame

New Veloped Frame

Trionic has developed a completely new Veloped frame. The frame is welded from unique hydroformed 6061 alloy tubing, which guarantee you years and years of hard use.

Hydroforming is achieved by entering the pre-shaped tube tube into a mold, followed by putting the inner of the tube under high pressure through the use of a mixture of water and oil. Hydroforming allows the cross-section of the tube to change along the length of the tube, and an optimal strength-to-weight ratio is achieved.

The new Veloped frame has a 2-layer silver metallic bicycle coating and a cool sticker kit that result in a stunning and bicycle-like look.

New Tires from Trionic.

New Tires - Trionic Primera and Trionic X-Country

In close cooperation with a high-quality and well-reputed bicycle tire manufacturer, Trionic has now developed tires specifically designed for the Velopeds and Walkers.

Trionic Primera Tire

The Walker 12er and 14er are now equipped with the new Trionic Primera tire. The Primera tire has a carcass made from a high-quality weave with 60 fine threads per square inch (60 TPI), that makes the tire light, comfortable and puncture resistant.

The air compartment of the tire works as a natural suspension. The smooth tread suits tarmac, cobblestones and hard surfaces. The Primera has a T-Guard puncture protection belt, "Skin Walls" and reflective logos for increased safety.

Trionic X-Country Tire

All Veloped models are now equipped with the brand new Trionic X-Country tire. The distinct and mountainbike-like tread of the X-Country suits off-road use, trails, gravel, snow and also tarmac and cobblestones.

Thanks to its flexible carcass made from 60 TPI weave, the X-Country offers a very good suspension, light weight and good strength. Just like the Primera, the X-Country tire has a T-Guard puncture protection belt, "Skin Walls" and reflective logos for increased safety.

Stainless Steel.

Trionic Flex

A conventional 4-wheeled rollator always hits problems when you walk on uneven ground, as one of the four wheels sooner or later loses its contact with the surface.

Trionic has developed a new technical solution called "Flex", whereby four wave springs are integrated between the two Walker frame halves and the X-shaped folding cross. The new Trionic Flex feature gives the Walker 12er & 14er an extra bit of torsional flex, so that it remains standing on all 4 wheels.

Stainless Steel.

100% Stainless Steel

As the Velopeds and Walkers are true outdoor products, since several years Trionic uses screws, nuts, washers, axle shafts and small parts made from stainless steel. The Walker 12er/14er and all Velopeds also have wheel quick-release axles made from stainless steel.
