Ordering & acquiring service
Ordering from Trionic is simple and flexible. You can shop directly through our online store, place your order over the phone, or send the details by email. Choose the model and accessories that fit your needs—our team is here to help at every step.
Shipping & returns
All Veloped and Walker orders over €200 include free home delivery within the EU. Deliveries are handled by UPS and typically arrive within a few working days, depending on your address.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your product within 14 days of shipping. Returns are free of charge within the EU and are collected from your home, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. For customers outside the EU, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was delivered.
