What was your concern with this review?

Recently I brought the Veloped Tour from Oshin in California. I called Oshin a number of times before and after my purchase. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with every phone call. My last call was about a problem with one of the wheels squeaking. He explained how to adjust the brake and sent simple detailed info on the process to follow. It involved a 4 mm allen key that you insert through a hole in the metal side where the brake is located. The hole was not lined up correctly with the screw, and it was extremely difficult to place the key on the screw to loosen and then tighten it. The other side which did not need to be adjusted was made correctly. My thought is that a product that costs $1350 should have been correctly made and never have passed inspection with that situation. Other than that problem, I love everything else about my Veloped Tour.
